OD Fire Protection was engaged to carry out a comprehensive fire-door assessment and improvement programme across a sheltered housing development.
Given the needs of vulnerable occupants and the combination of shared areas and individual flats, the property required a thorough compliance audit and precise corrective work. Our role was to ensure that every fire door performed effectively and could deliver dependable protection should an emergency occur.
OD Fire Protection was appointed to inspect, repair and upgrade fire doors throughout a sheltered housing complex.
With vulnerable residents and a mix of communal and private living spaces, the building required a detailed compliance review and targeted remedial work to ensure every fire door provided reliable protection in an emergency.
